In 2003 Martin was responsible for the design, creation and delivery of the ‘Vodafone Corporate Sales Academy’. This was adopted throughout the Vodafone Group as worldwide best practice.
In 2004 Martin won the ‘Sales Trainer of the Year’ awards for the design of this Academy and the effect that it had on the corporate business as a whole.
